This was hard to pick a star. The 5 star is ONLY for our driver. The bus gets only 2 stars. Our driver John W., he was amazing and kind. But the issue was the bus. The air conditioning went out on our way back and we had to endure a hot bus ride for a little over 2 hours. The company should've at least sent someone to meet us halfway to switch out busses. I needed to have a medical procedure and required a ride to the surgery center. I chose CLC because I have used them in the past. Although the drivers change the service has not changed. Because I worked as a chauffeur for 5 years I am more picky. My chauffeur was Joseph Mendez. A younger gentleman but knew how to conduct himself and represent the company with the highest quality. Unlike other chauffeurs I have seen. Joseph was well dressed ( to me that’s a sign someone takes pride in their work). Joseph knew when to help my wife get and out of the SUV.and when not to help. Joseph arrived at least 15 minutes before the pickup time and was ready when my procedure was completed. I will be requesting Joseph for my future trips.
